1. Controller and scope
Haktan Berat Özkan, operating Veridown Games as an individual, is the data controller for this website. The contact address is Haraççı Mah., Haraççı-Hadımköy Yolu Cd. No: 34, Arnavutköy, Istanbul, Türkiye. This notice applies to veridowngames.com and its Turkish pages. Fusefall's app-specific practices are described in the Fusefall Privacy Notice.
2. Website visits and security logs
When you request a page, our hosting and security infrastructure may process your IP address, request date and time, requested URL, response status, referrer, browser or device information, and security events. We use these records to deliver the site, prevent abuse, diagnose faults, and protect our systems. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.
Routine server and security logs are retained for no longer than 30 days unless a specific record must be preserved for investigating abuse, establishing or defending a legal claim, or complying with law. Those exceptional records are kept only for the necessary period.
3. Contact requests
The contact form is currently disabled. If it is enabled, it will collect the name, email address, request category, message, selected language, and technical verification information that you submit. An IP address is used for bounded rate limiting and abuse prevention. Cloudflare Turnstile will perform an anti-abuse check, and Resend will deliver the message to the appropriate Veridown Games mailbox.
We process this information to answer the request, route it to the right subject area, protect the form, take steps requested before entering a contract where relevant, and keep evidence needed to establish or defend rights. Contact messages are retained for no longer than 12 months after the request is closed, unless a longer period is required by law or for an active legal claim. Please do not include sensitive personal data or unnecessary information in a message.
4. Analytics, cookies, and similar technologies
Website analytics are currently disabled. The site does not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Essential storage or security technologies may be used by our infrastructure, and Turnstile may use necessary technologies if the contact form is enabled. Before optional analytics is activated, this notice and any required preference controls will be updated. Optional analytics will not receive contact-form contents.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Data may be processed by hosting, content-delivery, security, and email-delivery providers acting for us, including Netcup, Cloudflare, Google when Turnstile is used, and Resend when a contact message is sent. Data may also be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required. Some providers may process data outside Türkiye. Any international transfer must rely on a mechanism permitted by Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and, where applicable, the GDPR.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information and access, learn the purpose of processing and recipients, request correction or deletion where the legal conditions are met, ask that those actions be notified to recipients, object to a result produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict processing, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
Send a request that identifies you and explains the right you wish to exercise to [email protected] or to the postal address above. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing performed before withdrawal.
7. Children
This corporate website is not designed to collect personal data from children. A child or teenager who needs to contact us should do so with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Game-specific age and advertising information is provided in the relevant game's privacy notice.
8. Security and updates
We use access controls, transport encryption, data minimisation, rate limiting, and restricted operational logging appropriate to the service. No method is completely secure. We will update this notice when our processing materially changes and will show the new effective date on this page.
