1. Controller and scope
Haktan Berat Özkan, operating Veridown Games as an individual, is the data controller for Fusefall. The contact address is Haraççı Mah., Haraççı-Hadımköy Yolu Cd. No: 34, Arnavutköy, Istanbul, Türkiye. This notice applies to Fusefall on supported mobile platforms. The studio website is covered by the Veridown Games Privacy Notice.
2. Data kept only on your device
Fusefall stores scores, progress, settings, cosmetic choices, local challenge records, and virtual inventory on the device. Veridown Games does not receive this local save data. It can be removed through the in-game reset option where available, by clearing the app's storage, or by uninstalling the app. Device backups controlled by the operating system may follow the platform provider's own settings and retention rules.
3. Advertising and consent
When advertising is enabled, Fusefall uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to provide optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads at breaks between completed runs. Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) is used to request and record privacy choices where required. Ads are not requested for a launch when required consent information cannot be obtained.
According to Google's SDK disclosure, Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect or share an IP address (which may indicate approximate location), app and ad interactions such as launches, taps and video views, diagnostic and performance information, and device or account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID or app set ID. Google uses these data for advertising, analytics, delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Depending on your region, age treatment, device settings, and consent choices, ads may be personalised, non-personalised, limited, or used only for technical delivery.

4. Children and teenagers
Fusefall is intended for a broad audience that includes children and teenagers. Before a release uses advertising for an audience that includes children, its store audience settings, age screening where required, child or teen ad-treatment signals, ad-content limits, and eligible advertising sources must be configured consistently with Google Play Families and applicable child-privacy rules. Personalised advertising must not be used for users who require child or teen treatment. A parent or guardian may contact us about a child's privacy using the address below.
5. Google Play Games and other services
The current reviewed version does not connect its local leaderboards or achievements to Google Play Games Services and does not use a Veridown Games account. If cloud saves, online leaderboards, Google Play Games sign-in, crash reporting, or another networked service is added, this notice and the relevant store disclosure will be updated before that version is released.
6. Purposes, legal bases, recipients, and transfers
Local save data is processed to provide the game you request. Advertising data is processed to deliver and measure ads, provide rewarded functionality, prevent fraud, and support the game. Depending on the user and jurisdiction, processing relies on consent, performance of the requested service, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests that do not override the user's rights. Google and its authorised advertising partners may receive advertising data. They may process it outside Türkiye or the user's country under the transfer mechanisms applicable to them and to Veridown Games.
7. Retention and deletion
Veridown Games does not maintain a server copy of local game progress. Removing local app data is described in section 2. Google determines retention for data processed through AdMob and UMP under its policies and the user's settings. You can reset or delete the Android advertising ID in Android settings. For a privacy or deletion request directed to Veridown Games, email [email protected] . Because Fusefall has no Veridown Games account, we may need information about the relevant device or ad interaction to determine whether we hold any corresponding data.
8. Your rights, security, and changes
You may exercise the rights described in Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 and any applicable rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and complaint. Send a request identifying you and the right concerned to the email or postal address above. Data sent by the advertising SDK is encrypted in transit. No method is completely secure. We will update this notice and its effective date before a material change to Fusefall's data practices is released.
